The listing of the items on TikTok kept being rejected because the attributes were not up to standard. Despite resubmitting many times, it never approved and some listed products were not reached to the intended audience of UK tradesmen. After analyzing the product listing requirements and their compliance, we determined the root cause of the problem and made the necessary changes to strategy. Firstly, we completely revised their product feed with all required attributes to comply with platform standards. Secondly, we improved listings with focused on keywords that were relevant to the brand’s targeted audience of UK tradesmen. At the same time, we synchronized the product catalog with our pay-to-play marketing AI strategy and its proper audience segmentation and product delivery. We also introduced monitoring of the process to be able to notice and correct any issues related to product delivery and listing fast and effectively.
